This Privacy Policy applies to all the information collected on the websites operated by Merchant Processor Solutions. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and Organization Data we receive from users of the Sites.

  • Information we learn about you or your representatives when we meet you at conference/networking events or through teleconferences, emails and other correspondence.
  • Details about your business interests (as a client) or the services you offer (as a supplier).
  • Information provided in surveys in which you may participate.

Why and How We Collect Your Personal Information or Data

Personal and/or Organizational Data is only collected from our Sites if explicitly volunteered by you during the use of specific services on our Sites. No Data is logged automatically. You may access and browse any Site without disclosing your Personal Information or Data. Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”), your browser type and version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In the cases where we do not obtain your Data through personal contact or communications we will only collect and hold such Data when we have a legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest includes situations where either you or we are interested in obtaining services or products from each other on our own behalf or on behalf of a client.

How We Use Your Data

We use your Data only for providing and improving the Sites and for the purposes set forth above. Upon request, and after provision of adequate proof of your identity, we will provide you with a machine readable copy of any Personal Information which we keep about you.

If any Personal Information we hold is incorrect, you can request to have it corrected.

You can ask us to delete your Personal Information.

You can ask us to remove you from our list of contacts for newsletters and other communications.

You can object to our use of your Personal Information even where we rely on our legitimate interests to do so, by withdrawing your consent and asking us to delete your Personal Information at any time.
